W WPCentral Question Oct 22, 2015 #1 After the announcement of Win 10 build 10572 I stepped back to Win 8.1 in order to properly install the announced prerelease. Everything worked fine with the exception of the now missing SMS service. What can I do to reactivate the standard SMS app?
