Missing Complete Flag in Outlook on WP10

Am I the only one that misses this feature? I could not believe that they had removed the ability to set a complete flag in WP10, every Microsoft Mobile OS back to Windows Mobile 6 had this ability.

I didn't miss it but I certainly noticed its absence in the Outlook 10 app and the website.
