Missing notification configuration for other applications

I have just completed roll-back and upgrade to the Official WinPhone 8.1/Cyan from AT&T. After completing the update and restoring all my apps and data, I don't have any configurations for notifications other than the basic notifications.

Under Settings | Notifications+Actions, the only apps that I can configure is Mail, Messaging, Phone, Search, and Store. I'm pretty sure that previously I also had settings for Facebook, Twitter, and even WPCentral, but I can't seem to find where to set these tones. Am I losing my mind? Did I do something wrong? Anyone else have this problem?

(I'm really hoping this is not something stupid I forgot to do.)

Those apps have to push a notification first before showing up.
that is default 8.1 behavior.

After going back and looking at the list now, I see that Facebook now shows up. Didn't realize that it required a notification before showing up. I was beginning to think that the "AT&T" version of 8.1 was restricted in some way. Glad to find that is not the case. Thanks for the information. Problem solved.
