Hold the Volume Down + Power Button for 10-15 seconds to do a soft reset. Hope this helps.

Well.... ever since i got my 930, the notification delay only got worse.
I receive messages with 15 minutes delay, which is just stupid. What is Microsoft thinking??
Do i really need to format my phone and lose everything to get this working? Will it actually work??
