Missing settings in Music+Videos

Well, I installed it, signed in, got connected and then I just closed the app, and all the settings in music + video apeared.

I've downloaded another xbox app, xbox extra. So in total I have 2 which are smartglass and extra

did you try to sign in like mato did in smartglass? im not sure whats the problem though but seeing its somehow related to xbox so i thought probably its xbox apps that give that control... worth a try... how about nokia music?

Yes I did, smartglass signed in just fine. Nokia music function normally, but I can't get mix radio too.

Hmm.. That's weird... :/ Maybe it's working for me, because I have music pass subscription, but I wouldn't be so sure... :/ Though it's bull****...

Yea I would do a hard reset, that isn't normal.

i dont have music pass subscription.... anyway i think its some kind of app related issue.... since mato manage to get it after install smartglass... perhap there is an app that need to be installed first before smartglass? btw what is your country/region set to?

If you can't get mix radio that is definitely the symptom of having a wrong location send out by your phone. I guess you need to log out every account and redo them again.

But it isn't possible to log out of your microsoft account right? Only hard reset could do that?

The thing that I find it strange is, when I opened the Xbox Extras & Glass, it automatically signing me in. Is the Xbox account the same as our Microsoft Account?

While my parent's phone that has the Music+videos settings does not have Xbox account. I just realized this when I tried to download Photosynth, and the app requires Xbox account.

they are the same account, but you need to "register" in order to sync them together.

Hey i just found a solution, worked for me;
Just go to your xbox games settings and Login by taping sign-in .... (settings->games->sign-in) or (games->sign-in)
would work....

Have the same problem. Missing the "Now playing on xbox" option an i'm not solving neither with Hard Reset. Any Idea?
