Missing Settings on Windows Phone

Windows Phone 8 was good, 8.1 is great. I would like to have the below features on 8.1 which will make the experience even better. So far I've managed to prepare the start+ theme missing setings list, I'll be continuing this thread to add one by one in future.Please like/vote if you too wish to have the following features

Start + Theme :
Start screen lock (desktop lock) - Prevents accidental presses and order of tiles
One more tile size - a big one (like in Windows 8.1)
Custom color for each system live tile
Live tile update frequency for each tile ( 0/5/10/15 mins etc..)
Start screen themes ( like in windows 8.1)
Interactive live tiles - that were shown off in Microsoft research (especially for music tile there should be play/pause, next, prev buttons on the tile)
Random background image for start screen
Automatic scrollable text on live tiles ( live stocks and headlines etc..)
Auto fit live tiles ( auto adjust/shuffle my tiles) useful when we select show more tiles option
Multiple live tiles selection and then drag & Drop ( like in windows 8.1)
Icon pack for live tiles (for settings , store etc..)
Backup/restore my start screen layout and live tile settings
More accent colors (like in windows 8.1)
live wallpaper support on start screen background
Multiple start screens (home screens). swipe from left to right on default start screen
Ability to select any one as default home screen (when we press home button)

Although I would like to have most of these features, I feel too much customization is bad for WP. For example, the start screen lock; in over a year of usage of my 820, I have never messed up my start screen accidentally. In fact, locking the start screen will mean that I need to go to the settings and unlock it in order to change the tiles which for me would be really irritating.

Multiple start screens. Not really needed. Changing the tile sizes and layout is so easy and fast in WP.

Interactive Live tile? Really looking forward to this. This will be the game changer for WP.
