Lumia 950, Just noticed recently that when I'm sending text messages, the icon for the microphone so that I can do voice to text is gone now. Tried searching around, can't figure out how to get it back. Anyone know?

You have to go into the privacy settings and there is a submenu speech inking and typing. Once you activate it the icon will appear.
Was already enabled. Disabled and re-enabled and it is still missing. Any other ideas ?
L950 AT&T No insider preview. Recently did the 10586.107 OS update and still no change.
