Mixed Reality - Viewing 360 Photos & 3D

I can't seem to find an app that will display 360 Photos in the headset. Is there one? Need an app for 2D and 3D photos.

Also, The Movies & TV app will display 2D 360 Videos in the headset but not 3D videos. Is there an app for 3D?
