MMS is not working, how can I fix it?

MMS is not working

Hello Guys,

My friend is suddenly not receiving MMS in group texts. I can't figure out the reason why...

The Data setting is turned on and she has a strong signal inside the house.

Tried rebooting the phone also.

The phone is a Lumia 635 on T-mobile with Windows 8.1
Please help.

Did your friend have an iPhone previously? If so, did she disable iMessage?

No, she never had an iphone. I convinced her to stick with Windows Phone from the start

Sounds like a carrier issue if was working previously, then suddenly stopped with no change in valid settings.

Have you contacted the carrier?

I've had random MMS issues with multiple people. iPhone and Android.
