Mms not working outside of windows mobile on latest build L950xl

My wife and I cannot receive and apparently send mms. When I include her she gets the text and content, but no one else does. We have not been getting group texts from others either. Anyone else having this issue? I noticed my MMS apn is blank now

Have you tried manually setting your MMS APN? You can get that info from your service provider's website.
