Mobile 10 10586.11 error code 0x803F8006 for updates?

Since updating to the latest version (and doing a hard reset and restoring data from backup).. about 20-30 of my apps wont update.. they have that error code..

Things ranging from access point to audio, to lumia camera, to network services..

Anyone ran into this and found a fix?

I'm getting the same error on my 929, but only on 4 apps.

As often wrote in forum, it's a server updating iussue, and it's resoves by itself in some days, model after model, by waves

Mine has been broke for DAYS. Apparently affecting PC W10 as well...

I have a whole slew of apps with the same error..... Not sure why MS is putting so much confidence in Myerson... I'm not seeing it.. this is an epic fail IMO... QA is almost non existent.
