Mobile Data dropping out after 8.1

I created a new APN definition and the problem remains but less frecuently (let's say once a day or once every to days).

I think is related to changes in cells or going from coverage to no coverage area and back to coverage, more that a specific maker or provider. I'm from Spain and using Simyo (Orange coverage).
