Mobile data on .36

I've recently found a need to start using my mobile data on my phone.Im on build .36 but can't get it working

.I have data connection on
Highest connection speed 4g
I allow mobile data within data usage

I've tried toggling off WiFi and setting mobile data on in action centre

Is there an issue with this build or w10 in general ?

I Tried hard reset last night but still a problem at work today

I'm pretty sure it is.They never had any problem with charging me in the past when I accidently used it.I just subscribed for a 1 gig add on two days ago,so maybe I'll get on to their customer support tomorrow just to check

Barring that check that your "Internet APN" settings are correct for your provider. (I had a horrible problem with data, and battery life, with Ting until I got the settings correct.)

Glad you got it working! I wish more providers had their system setup to automatically push the correct settings to Windows Phone/Windows 10 Mobile.
