Mobile Hotspot not working with 10166 (on Verizon)

Anyone else having trouble getting Mobile Hotspot to work? I am provisioned for it so I know that is not the issue. When I go into setting and hit the toggle, it turns on and immediately turns off. No error or any other sign that it is not set up correctly.

Worked flawlessly on 8.1.

Working fine on my Icon... might make sure you're sharing over Wi-Fi and Network Name / Password are set up properly.
