Mobile Network Issues

Everytime I use the mobile network,there's s a time when the signal switches from H+ to H and the internet isn't working. Sometimes it even switches to E. So why can't windows phone work with internet speeds lower than H+ while 3G is on

Has your data ever worked on EDGE? Is this a recent issue, or something that has always happened?

It has worked on edge but only if i set the option to 2G only.

That's interesting, I was trying to help someone with an ATIV S with the same issue and they are on T-Mobile as well.
