Model Release Solutions

This is probably one of the bigger headaches I have at present, is there any apps/programs available for people to be able to sign a model release. I'm looking to move away from a paper based release when I buy a tablet this year.

Alternatively is there another solution such as written digital signatures for Adobe PDFs? Whilst releases aren't required in the UK I do use them as part of my business contracts. I know the iPad has an app that can do this.
