Modify text style in Mail app

Currently, when I write a new email, tap in the To line, Subject line, or Body editing area, then tap the three dot (...) in the lower right corner, I can set message priority and show cc & bcc.

We need that when I select the text in Body editing area, tap the three dot (...) in the lower right corner, bring featured options for Bold, Italic, Underline, and even Color.
