Moved from 920 to 950. Getting store error 0x80240438

Just picked up my Lumia 950 today morning. It detected my Lumia 920 and started restoring all apps on my new phone. But, all of those app installs are showing error 0x80240438 message as below:
"Something went wrong on our end. Wait a bit, then try again. There error code is 0x80240438, in case you need it"
At first I ignored it thinking of it as a server error on their end. But, it didn't go away since the morning. Is anybody else having this error? I tried restarting. No change. Your help is appreciated.

Never mind. It was related to my wifi. Looks like office wifi firewall might have blocked something. Worked fine at home.
