Iam very pleased by the Microsoft chat support.i was having some problem with modifying credit card details.in that matter they quickly resolved my problem via their chat option.so Microsoft chat service is actually good.am very happy a conpany service thier customer promptly nd courteously.

Yes they are, I had an issue with store app downloads a while back and the helped in resolving the issue remotely, the agent took control of my pc and fixed the issue fight in front of my eyes
