MS Maps Issue - Lumia 950XL

I have the latest Fast Ring build on my Lumia 950XL (US AT&T), and have the maps available offline on the SD card. I recently took a trip abroad and had downloaded the maps. When I reached the other country, I could only see my location (the circle) in the Maps view, along with some major buildings (museums, churches etc), but none of the streets. Even in the navigation mode, I could only see the marker for my phone moving along, but not the streets/roads.

When I came back to the US, I had the same issue with the local maps in US. I had to delete and reinstall the maps for US to get back the street details again. Anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?

No. I'm on Release Preview and got the latest Maps app. I downloaded several countries and the maps are shown correctly. My maps are on SD card, btw.

Looks like the quick fix is to delete and reinstall all the maps. I did that for all the countries and everything seems to be working now.
