Q: So are there commercials that Microsoft is producing that they will all use?

A: What we want to do is allow each hardware manufacturer to celebrate what's unique about their phone.

WTH does this mean? WP mktg is at the mercy of people other than MS? Nokia seems like the only candidate to put a full scale campaign together as long as Samsung and HTC have android to push.

windows phone marketing team should take classes in marketing from Xbox Live team
