MSN WEATHER doesn't work

Msn weather goes black and crashes after opening the app
Any help tips plzzz
Windows 10m .63

When this happens, the first things done usually are:
1. restart the phone;
2. perform a soft reset (if #1 doesn't work);
3. re-install the app (if #2 doesn't work).

Have you tried any of these?

1 and 2 doesn't work
3 isn't possible core apps don't uninstall

Well you won't believe
Here is how i made it work
Wi-Fi and data connection off
Open weather app
Opening smooth
Now turn on Wi-Fi or data connection
And add location
Then pin your location to start menu
Works wonderful
Original weather app stills crashes
Only pinned location works

Good job in debugging (and in your poem, if that's intentional). You may in the meantime send some feedback to Microsoft using the Windows Feedback app - could be useful to others who may be experiencing the same problem. If you're asked to reproduce the problem, feel free to reproduce it.
