Multiple issues with 920 all of a sudden

Hey everyone. So, I posted a thread the other day about dust in my ffc and scratches on my screen and now I have even more issues. To recap, I have had the phone since January and it's been perfect. Now all of a sudden I have dust in ffc and the screen is getting scratched from simply being in my dress pants pockets while I'm at work. There is never anything else in the pocket with it. Also seems like something is wrong with the protective coating on the screen where the scratches are.

Now I have noticed that areas of the casing look like they have changed colors. I have the black phone by the way. On the top of the phone on the opposite side of the sim tray and above the camera is a half inch or so strip that is lighter looking. Also on the bottom of the phone on each side between the speakers and the screws is the same thing. Strips where the black is not as dark. However, on the bottom they are roughly a quarter inch wide. If you can imagine scotch tape being placed on the case, that's what they look like.

I have no idea what's going on at this point but after talking up this phone to everyone I know, convincing 4 other people to get it and anxiously awaiting the next Nokia flagship to throw my money at, I am extremely disappointed and unsure what to do at this point. Any suggestions or has anyone else experienced things similar to this? Thanks everyone.

You should have it checked by Nokia, I have scratches on my screen too, but your issue seems one of a kind.

If missing sections of coating are on the glass, specifically around the earpiece, this is a common thing... threads are here.

If elsewhere, post a photo so we can see.
