Multiple Monitors - Icons and Text Too Large

I have a SP4 with a dock connected to 2 monitors. Everything looks good on the additional monitors with the exception of desktop icons. These icons and their text display as larger than they should be. The best I can figure is that windows is not recognizing the individual monitor settings for text and instead using the settings for the SP4's main monitor, apps, and other items. This is currently set as 200% for the SP4 monitor and 100% for the external monitors.

Everything else looks as it should. Has anyone else seen this and found a solution?

This happens with my Dell U3415W Monitor. But if my SP4 is attached to the dock as the device is booted, it doesn't happen - the icon size is right. Definitely a bug, I think.

Edit: If you log out and then log back in, it fixes the problem.
