Has anyone else noticed that with the latest Win10 Mobile build 10512, long pressing the windows icon drags the screen halfway down, leaving the upper half blank?? is this a precursor to Multitasking on Windows???
i have a Lumia 640 running on insider preview build 10512 i am suspecting it is something to do with preparing windows mobile for multitasking..

This was in the last build as well. I think it's just there for large phones to make reaching the top of the screen.

I've seen this a couple times on my 1520. Feels more like a bug than anything useful because when it happens the display goes odd. You can do nothing until you back away to another window like pulling down on notifications.

Long press on home icon activates a one-hand mode. It is there to make it easier to use devices such as Lumia 1520 with one hand.

Not a bug. Works fine on my 640.
