Music app takes forever to start playing music

Hi, so the music app on my RT takes 30-60 seconds to start playing music after I hit the shuffle all button. does your do the same thing?

Seriously. Mine does the same thing. And. I. Hate. It.

Also, if I'm listening to a sing, then, in the middle of it, play a YouTube video, I can't go back to the same song, let alone the same place. Boo.
