Music pass log in issues

I updated my groove app in the store and now it won't recognize my current groove subscription. I can't stream anything. To make things worse, tech support is unaware of any fixes.
 
I'm having same problem. Can't stream any music on my phone. It works on my laptop(s).
On the phone I can sometimes get error code 0xc10100ae.
It started to happen with the last Groove update.
