Music+Videos app, how to kill?

Can't seem to figure this out...
I fire up the Music+Videos app and play a song or two. I'm finished and I hit the "back" button till all running apps are are shut down. BUT, when I hit the volume up or down buttons I still get start,stop, pause buttons from Music+Videos app???

How to I totally shut down the Music+Videos app?

Look for"stop the music" app, tons of those on the store.
Even some shortcut apps included the feature like quick settings, insider.

Ok, not what I was expecting but I'll give it a try.

The Insider app also has the ability to turn music off plus you get other stuff like downloading Bing backgrounds and battery status to name a few. Might be worth a look if you want an app to do it.
