Music+Videos live tile not working!

They discussed the exact same issue, and apparently some got it resolved by installing smartglass...

I can't find Sign in in Settings of Games. I have only Privacy settings for Xbox. In Privacy settings for Xbox I use my account, but problem is the same.

The settings you get for Music+Videos depend on the region of your xbox account. If you want to connect to xbox Music, you will need to have xbox set to US. The regional restriction does not, however, apply for the Games hub.
