Music + Videos "live" wide tile not working in India after 7.8 update ?

In Settings->Regional+Language change Region format and System locale it to United Kingdom and then make Restart on your phone. After that it should be working!

Both, the Windows Live Account and phone regional settings must be USA. If your main Live account is not USA you must reset the phone and put an USA account as main account.

zune artist background and live tile animation is not allowed by microsoft in india.It is allowed in very less countries.
