Lumia640 lte. Now that Windows10 is installed on my phone I can not access 'my music' in x-box unless I have a decent internet signal, ie, WiFi or 4g. How can I access my music without this problem? If I have no internet signal I have no access to music on my phone - since installing 10? Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

Go to store and check that there isn't any update pending for groove music app
Secondly, try to copy the music you have on your phone back to the phone. Remove the music and then put it back. Then open groove app, it should start seeing the songs and adding them to the library.

I think it was x-box. I unpinned the tile, it was always taking me to store, then pinned groove music tile in it's place. Now it opens my music! Cheers.
