My 1020 has app issues on W10m

My 1020 is running w10 .71 and continues to prematurity shutdown apps or fails to open them even with multiple attempts. Facebook, Camera, Messaging and a few others.
My other phone (1520) isn't experiencing any of these problems.
Have any of you experienced this and does anyone have a good suggestion on how to correct it? Im going to reluctantly revert the phone back to 8.1 if I can't correct this.

Here are the steps to get it working :
1) Revert your phone to W8.1
2) Go to Store and let all the system apps to update
3) Now download Windows Insider
4) Update to Windows Mobile 10
5) Hard reset the phone
6) Go to Store and let all the system apps to update
7) Now download all your apps
