My 520 no longer lets me text pictures or emotes, what could it be?

It worked great, then all of a sudden it says unable to send if I put a pic in a text. Same with a smiley face. It will texts words only. I don't know why it stopped, strange. Same if I am at home using wifi. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you go to your SMS center number, did that change? If so you will have to contact your carrier to fix that.

try make hard reset..make sure backup...it will take 5 min or long wait
