My 925 is screwed with Windows 10, how can I fix it?

925 screwed with windows 10

I tried installing W10 yesterday and when it came up, it told me that the upgrade was done but there were problems... now, most of the applications won't start, can't make calls, ie/edge will not start, only some apps like Shazam, Cortana, Texting start but even settings in the phone options are dead... is someone else experiencing this? I'm expecting problems I guess... but not this serious...

Did you donehard reset? If not, hardreset your phone. It's almost mandatory.

The cellular data is not working now... I have to connect via wifi or it doesn't work...

Hmm, that bug was supposed to be fixed few builds ago... Don't kniw ehat to say, for myself I would start all over, but it's too much hassle.
