My 928 is showing up as a WiFi hotspot

I don't have Internet Sharing turned on. In fact, when I try, it says I need to pay for it.
For some reason though, recently, I can now see it as a WiFi hotpsot. I've verified this is MY phone doing this. WTH? Is there somewhere else I need to turn this off? I've never seen it do this before.

If your phone and your computer have been paired before then it will automatically show up even if your phone is not connected as long as its nearby

I've never connected the two via WiFi, just BT. I've deleted it from the list of known WiFi AP's and it still comes back. Weird! Looks like I'll have to break out the WiFi tester to see if it really is transmitting as an AP.

Yup,its via Bluetooth
