My band 2's strap failed started with a small crack then larger then larger then larger. I managed to call support and they sent me a label to send the band in. Got the band back a few weeks later with a magical letter with a damage tamper notice. I called again but was offered to escalate the case. Took them a week to get back to me just to tell me it's not covered and to file a case against Microsoft via arbitration. Anyone else there?
