My bios recognizes 3 dvd's ( 2bluray + 1 dvd ) but Windows 10 only sees and uses 2?

Windows Central Question

my bios recognize 3 dvd ( 2bluray + 1 dvd ) but windows 10 only see and uses 2 ?

The bios detect 3 dvd but Windows 10 only displays 2 ? why?

I have screen shot if you want to see?
