My computer Windows Vista does not recognize my Alpha Neo when it is plugged into a usb port, why?

my computer windows vista does not reconize my alpha neo when it is pluged in to a usb port.

I had an old computer that would send to my alpha smart. Also this computer would receive what alpha neo would send. now it don't.

What phone do you have? Is it the Samsung ATIV S Neo or the Samsung Galaxy Alpha?
