My Dell Venue 8 Pro isn't working

My Dell Venue 8 Pro stop working on me. I just see back light only. Call dell and they will be sending me a box in two days to have it ship to the depot so it can get fix. Now this really sucks.

Well, you're doing the right thing. Send it back and have them look it over. I had a similar issue with mine. I had to press and hold the on/off button for a good 30 seconds. Release my finger than press and hold it for about 5 seconds until i saw the Dell logo. Not sure why this happens but I suspect its to do with these updates from MS. I didn't notice it doing this until after that.

Just got my Venue 8 Pro back Friday from service for a calibration issue.
I was pleasantly surprised by their service to be honest.

Kudos to Dell on that at least.
