My Email Apps can't open..???

Why my email apps cant open after update WP 8.1 preview ? i have lumia 520, tried add yahoo n google mail account, its appear on start screen, but always closed when try to open it???

Hard reset your phone.

This is happened after update WP 8.1 preview for develor, not on WP 8...?
