My emails pre windows 10 have disappeared how do I get them back?

I have an Outlook email account, if I open my emails via a PC that does not have windows 10 I can view my old emails. I can also create new folders.

If I open my emails on a windows 10 PC I cannot see my old emails and neither can I create new folders.

Any help would be appreciated.
