my F3 brightness doesnt work

Windows Central Question

I dimmed my screen 4 nights ago and it will not adjust anymore. The function key doesnt work anymore, the command center adjustment scale does not adjust it either. I followed the instructions and the light simply doesnt budge. No matter where i adjust it, it is stuck on stupid.
