My first Cortana bug

I've installed WP 8.1 since day one and have been using Cortana daily, mostly for reminders and fun stuff. Today I downloaded the new Wikipedia app that integrates with Cortana so it was a no brainer to first try and check how to use Cortana with Wikipedia. So I went on and did ask Cortana "Wikipedia search game of thrones" and it showed me the launching ago screen of Cortana and Wikipedia crashed instantly s soon as it started to load yet Cortana kept showing me the launching Wikipedia message as if it never started.
Note I am not complaining but rather impressed that for over a week of usage that this is the first time I ever had an issue with Cortana and I completely forgot that it's a beta.

For me Cortana is completely down. It says not available, try again later. Connection is excellent and I can use all apps.

Make sure location settings are on and enable background tasks for cortana. Language settings must be English US.
