My HTC Radar has Tango

My Radar locked up. It was stuck with the computer connected to the phone image. Anyway T-Mobile exchanged it for me. When it came today I looked at the OS version side by side with my 900 and noticed it's Tango. I immediately went to send a message and noticed it says

If it's tango then it has the keyboard fix. The keyboard fix came on the Nokia Lumia 900 and Titan 2 build, so being that Tango is a higher build, then yes it's fixed with tango

Vanishing keyboard has been fixed on my HD7 since like march.

ok since my 900 is Att I sat down with my hd7 and radar. After going thru all the settings there's only a few things different. No option for search provider. I like Bing so I'm cool with that. Under camera there's no option to quick share to Facebook just SkyDrive. Besides that the only thing is the improved mms option. So I can now send more than 1 pic in a text. You can also send videos and voice messages.
Yeah the keyboard fix was the last update 8107
