My HTC Windows 8.1 has a dark screen frozen problem, how can I fix this?

my htc windows 8.1 has a dark screen frozen problem

Please i don't know what is happening to my window phone 8.1
the screen is just dark and before that it had a full battery .

the problem started when i restarted the phone and after that it just remain dark.

I have tried the volume down and power button but still yet it can not came on but when i plug it on charge a red light

shows that its charging. Please what can i do to get my phone bag to normal without losing my files and contacts even my chats.

When you soft reset (hold both keys 15 secs) and then release keys, do you feel a vibro?
