laptop hung when upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7
trying to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7. laptop went to 30% of process before rebooting, got up to about 60% the second time and then started another reboot. Black screen since then with no message anywhere and no active cursor. That was two hours ago and nothing has changed. How long must we wait. Am tempted to try a hard reboot
