My Laptop Temperature is too HIGH!!

Hello my laptop is pavilion dm4 3012tx beat edition.
My cpu is Intel Core i5-2450M Cpu @ 2.50GHz 2.50 Ghz.

When I play a game my cpu temperature goes up to 120'C. I tried to fix the cooling policy too passive and I also tried afterburner. My laptop even turns off when I see a video.... Is there a way to like force stop laptop from auto shutdown?

The auto-shutdown is to protect your hardware as something is very wrong here.

I would look into cleaning the vents with compressed air (dust bunnies can act as a smothering blanket) and getting the thermal paste redone by someone who knows what they're doing to start.
