Windows Central Question

I have an Acer Windows Mixed Reality headset and have been using it for a couple of days without issues.
Now after I plugged it in and fired it up my right controller isn't able to select anything with the trigger or any other button except for the stick.

When in cliffhouse (or any other game) I can't teleport or turn, using the stick, as long as the right controller is active. When it is I am only able to "walk" by pressing the right controller stick down and then push it forward.
In Beat Saber I have to point with my right controller at a song and then select it by pressing the left controller trigger.

I have tried: Changing batteries, turn controllers on and off, unpairing, reinstall WMR and going through setup again and also holding down the bluetooth button while holding windows button for five seconds.

I am using a laptop ROG Asus intel core i7-6700HQ CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GDDR5 6,0GB
And plenty of storage.
