My location settings won't turn on Windows 10

I can't turn on my location settings. I've been to the settings and it says "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in red writing at the top Also the "chance" button and the location service on & off button are greyed out. When I try to change location, it says "We're not allowed to find you".
