My Lumia 2520 Screen is dead but home botton respons, is it fixable or warranty?

Hi! My screen is black, ghe only thing that responds is the home button (it vibrates).
I have tried to reset or just shut down the tablet but i dont succed, it does not seem to be able to shut it down or reset.
Have tried pressing power button for 10 sek, tried holding volume down + power for 70 sek but no diffirance. The screen is black and i cannot use the tablet.
Any suggestion of a fix or is it to send it back to reseller?

he's asking if the battery is dead or otherwise drained, at 0%.
(some people say "flat", same meaning)

No its not, the home button works, i can press it 100 times and it vibrates every time

Just hold the power button for 30 seconds or more. Try the home button, if it vibrates, then start again and hold power a little longer this time... Wh You will know the time, holding power is enough, by getting no response hitting home button. Then your tablet is shut down. Just start it

When mine does this I press the home and power buttons for several seconds. Once the home button doesn't vibrate just press the power button to start.
